11-13-2016

Girls worked on a project to help them learn the Girl Scout Law! We used thick Popsicle sticks, markers, hot glue, and ribbons! 

9-23-16

We played a game this time where I had the outside area divided into 4 sections. This was a game to see how we all had something in common with someone else. We did things like has a brother, sister, both, or none. Just things that they could have in common with the other girls in the troop!

9-9-16

Girls worked on a self esteem project where they put a picture on a piece of canvas and put words that described themselves. They also put a heart on there where their parents put in phrases in it for their daughters. We used scrapbook paper, 4x6 pictures of each girl, printouts of the words and hearts, and modpodge to hold it all together! 

5-15-16

Today we worked on the Global Action Award with the girls! Surprisingly it was very easy, I got them started on the first question and they answered most of the questions on their own! This one only requires one of the options to be done. We went ahead and did 3 in the 30 minute time frame we had! I circled the ones that we did. This patch is allowed to go on the front of the vest.
